Orders are normally shipped from our warehouse in Ashlan, Oregon by UPS or USPS within 48 business hours after credit card authorization. Allow 3 to 7 working days for delivery. Allow extra time during holidays. For express delivery, order must be placed by 12 pm to guarantee same day processing. All orders placed on weekends and holidays won't be shipped until the next business day. Note that UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. We currently ship to the continental U.S. only. For Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada, please email us for a quote on the shipping cost. Depending on the total amount of the order, shipping rates varies as shown below:
Signature Required: Add $2.50 to regular shipping cost. Please note that open bedding items (sleep sacks, sheets, comforters, pillows, pillowcases, etc.) are not returnable by law for reasons of health and hygiene. For other items, we gladly accept returns within 45 days of order as long as they have not been used or washed. Please email us for a Return Authorization (RA) number at support@naturalorganicway.com. All returns must come in the original condition and packaging with tags, invoice, and the RA number. We are not responsible for returned items damaged or lost during shipping. The customer will be responsible for both-way shipping costs (including orders qualified for free shipping) unless the order is incorrect or defective/damaged. If you receive an incorrect or defective/damaged item, contact us within 72 hours of receipt of the package. For an exchange, please circle the item you are returning and write the item that you would like to exchange it for. Include the item number, color, and size that you would like. Any additional charges incurred, including shipping cost, will be charged to your original card used. If there is a credit, it will be processed at the time of exchange. Again, customers are responsible for securely shipping and insuring the items returned. Please be aware that all sales are final on discounted and sale items. No returns or exchanges. Thank you for your understanding. We collect your information for the purpose of billing and fulfilling your order, and/or contacting you regarding your order if necessary. Rest assured that your information is safe with us. We do not sell or exchange any information about our customers. |
